Le groupe Altares – expert historique et référent de l’information sur les entreprises – dévoile aujourd’hui les chiffres des défaillances d’entreprises en France pour le 4e trimestre et l’ensemble de l’année 2020. En baisse de près de 40 % par rapport à 2019, le nombre de défaillances est au plus bas depuis 30 ans. Des chiffres qui résonnent comme un paradoxe au regard de la force de la crise économique et sanitaire. Des signaux d’alarmes émergent cependant avec la proportion inquiétante de liquidations judiciaires directes, la baisse des procédures de sauvegardes et le nombre d’emplois menacés qui reste élevé en dépit de la baisse globale du nombre d’entreprises en faillite.
