Whether it’s about supplying turnkey products and services or supporting our customers with implementing a solution, Altares’ teams use their skills at every level of complexity.
The production teams are on hand to ensure high-quality delivery performance in response to requests for “turnkey” services (e.g. producing a file, count, data extraction, setting up a monitoring process, etc.).
Implementing a high added-value solution that is complex to deploy (such as a connector or integrator) will necessarily require expert customer support from our teams. The implementation process is managed as a separate project by a dedicated project manager from start to finish. The latter is responsible to organising and running a series of linked workshops:
- Workshops to translate customer requirements into technical specifications
- Functional implementation workshops
- Configuration workshops
They are also responsible for producing the technical documentation associated with the solution and specific implementation documentation.
OUR TRADE MARK
The sole purpose of our team structure is to offer our customers added value. In addition to their operational role, our project managers act as sponsors: they support the project from A to Z and provide the sole entry point between the customer and the Altares teams during the implementation phase.
They are also experts in our customers’ business sectors, which allows them to talk in practical terms, have a clear view and propose optimal solutions thanks to their experience and knowledge of the market.
