Si selon le rapport de l’Observatoire des délais de paiement, les retards de paiement sont descendus sous
la barre des 11 jours, dans le secteur du bâtiment, une entreprise sur deux subit régulièrement les retards de
paiement.
Le non-respect des délais de paiement est encore à l’origine du dépôt de bilan pour un tiers des
TPE du secteur.
