La mise en place du processus de conformité vers les tiers fournisseurs représente aujourd’hui la moitié des projets identifiés par nos équipes compliance chez Altares D&B France. Intégrée dans les processus de validation des futurs fournisseurs et des fournisseurs actuels, le service achat est maintenant exposé à la loi Sapin2 qui précise la procédure de KYS (Know Your Supplier). Il est à noter que l’ensemble des fournisseurs doit être « soumis » à cette procédure. Cela implique que tous les départements du service achat sont concernés (achat généraux, production etc).

Idéalement intégrés dans les ERP et SRM, ces processus doivent permettre une fluidité du métier une mise en évidence des informations essentielles sur l’honorabilité, l’éthique et l’intégrité des fournisseurs.

Les deux principaux objectifs sont donc:

1. de respecter les règlements et lois (Sapin2)
2. de maintenir le niveau d’attente des clients internes (production, commerce)
