Ecovadis CSR Evaluation

Ecovadis is the world’s leading provider of CSR assessments for companies. Its aim is to provide CSR ratings, enabling all companies to reduce risk, boost performance and improve environmental and social outcomes.

Altares was assessed by Ecovadis and awarded a bronze medal for its performance.

Professional equality between women and men

The Professional Equality Index is designed to advance pay equity between women and men within businesses. Altares scored 76/100 on its assessment and is continuing its improvement actions.

Diversity

Altares D&B is a signatory of the Diversity Charter. This is a commitment put forward by any employer who wishes to proactively act in favour of diversity and thereby go beyond the legal and judicial framework of the fight against discrimination.

Challenge “No Plastic”

En partenariat avec une association française appelée No Plastic in My Sea, soutenue par le ministre de la Transition écologique en France, Altares-D&B s’est engagée dans le #NoPlasticChallenge.

15 jours, 15 actions durables

Pendant 15 jours ouvrés, les collaborateurs Altares-D&B, en France et au Benelux, ont mis en place des actions durables pour réduire leur consommation de plastique, tant sur leur lieu de travail qu’à leur domicile. Pour chaque action mise en œuvre, Altares-D&B a planté un arbre au nom de ses employés dans le but d’agir en faveur de la reforestation de la planète.
