Plus de 11.500 procédures ont été enregistrées au troisième trimestre 2018. Les défaillances sont reparties à la hausse (+3,3 % en métropole),
selon les chiffres de la société Altares. « Même si les trois quarts des jugements concernent des micro-entreprises de moins de trois salariés, plus d’une trentaine de structures de plus de 100 salariés sont encore passées devant le tribunal ce trimestre », note Thierry Millon, Directeur des études chez Altares.
