Paris, le 08 juillet 2021 | Le groupe Altares – expert historique et référent de l’information sur les entreprises – dévoile aujourd’hui les chiffres des défaillances d’entreprises en France pour le 2e trimestre 2021. Avec 6587 procédures collectives ouvertes, en hausse de 14,2 % par rapport au 2e trimestre 2020, le volume des jugements reste deux fois inférieur au niveau d’avant Covid. Outre les liquidations directes qui restent très fréquentes, des signaux de fragilisation émergent notamment pour les TPE, le secteur du bâtiment et les régions Ile de France et PACA, bien plus durement impactés que la moyenne nationale par un rattrapage des défauts.
Les ETI et PME, davantage épargnées qu’au printemps 2020, pourraient quant à elles voir leur reprise contrariée par l’envolée des prix des matières premières, épuisante pour les trésoreries.
