Paris le 30 octobre 2019 – La société Altares, experte de l’information sur les entreprises, partenaire exclusif en France, au Benelux et au Maghreb de Dun & Bradstreet, 1er réseau international d’informations BtoB, présente son étude sur les défaillances d’entreprises en France : analyse du 3e trimestre 2019.
« Le nombre de défaillances d’entreprises bute chaque été sur le seuil des 10 000 procédures. Mais avec 10 500 jugements prononcés, ce 3 e trimestre est le meilleur depuis celui de 2007 (10 300). En tendance, cela représente une baisse de 9,2%. Un recul important, mais le 3 e trimestre 2018 avait été alourdi par une exceptionnelle extension de procédure de redressement judiciaire prononcée en août par le Tribunal Mixte de Commerce de Saint-Denis de la Réunion sur près de 350 sociétés. Corrigée de cette décision technique, l’évolution nationale demeure favorable mais est ramenée à -6,4%. » note Thierry Millon, Directeur des études Altares.
